The Boone County Hospital clinics have scheduled times for Sports Physicals. Boone County Family Medicine (BCFM), Boone, will offer them July 20th and 28th, and August 23rd from 6 to 8 p.m. at the BCFM clinic. In addition, the clinic will be offering immunizations (if needed). You must be a current patient of the clinic. Please schedule an appointment at 432-2335. BCFM, Ogden, will be offering them July 29th from 9 a.m. to noon, and from 1 to 2 p.m. Call 275-2417. The Madrid Family Practice Clinic will offer them Monday through Friday. Call 795-4300 for an appointment. Cost is $25 and no insurance will be filed. |
