Boone County Hospital is fortunate to have a very active Volunteer Auxiliary. From October 2009 through September, 2010, the Auxiliary contributed over $30,000 to help with the valet service, new air conditioning, the Family Birth Center remodel, a new communication system for the nursing floor, a Wii game system for Beckwith Family Adult Day Services, and toys for children in the hospital. From 1957 through September 2009, the Auxiliary made a financial contribution of $375,727 to BCH. In addition, over the past year, they have given $1,200 in scholarships.
