Duties and Qualifications: Performs routine tests on patients in medical laboratory to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Regular attendance. Performs laboratory tests following the procedure manual. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of laboratory equipment. Participates in proficiency testing programs. Effective communication with all staff. Actively supports and participates in continuous quality improvement efforts. Assists with clerical duties of the department. Maintains professional growth and development. |
